Portland Financial Planning Group, LLC (PFPG) is a Maine state licensed investment adviser located in Portland, Maine. PFPG and its representatives are in compliance with the current filing requirements imposed upon licensed investment advisers by those states in which PFPG maintains clients. PFPG may only transact business in those states in which it is licensed, is exempt, or excluded from licensure requirements.

PFPG's web site offers general information pertaining to its advisory services, and provides access to additional investment-related information, publications, and links. As such, this web site should not be construed by any consumer and/or prospective client as PFPG's solicitation to effect transactions in securities, or as the rendering of personalized investment advice for compensation.
